If your organisation would like to partner with Hope Street to support youth and young families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, please see ourĀ Partnerships page for details.

Gandel Philanthropy

Gandel Philanthropy is one of the partners in our Hope to Home in Melton pilot program that will help 30 young people and their children transition into private rental accommodation.

Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation

The Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation provides funding for our Hope to Home in Whittlesea pilot program. Many young people face obstacles when trying to secure stable accommodation due to their lack of rental history, lack of affordability, lack of employment to sustain the lease, lack of stock and perceived discrimination.

The Ian Potter Foundation

The Ian Potter Foundation is a funding partner in our Hope Street First Response Youth Mobile Outreach Service in Melton project which will work with the new Hope Street First Response Youth Service in Melton (Youth Refuge), providing at risk young people with stable and safe accommodation and youth-specific supports.
