The Ian Potter Foundation is a funding partner in our Hope Street First Response Youth Mobile Outreach Service in Melton project which will work with the new Hope Street First Response Youth Service in Melton (Youth Refuge), providing at risk young people with stable and safe accommodation and youth-specific supports.
The project being funded will be the first innovative youth homelessness and support mobile emergency response service (outreach crisis response, 7 days per week) established in the City of Melton growth corridor, assisting 100 young people/families every year.
