The Victorian Council of Social Service (VCOSS) is the peak body of the social and community services sector in Victoria. The organisation pursues just and fair social outcomes through policy development and public and private advocacy.

	Hope Street acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation as the traditional custodians of the land and waterways. We pay our respects to their elders, past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded.
