The professionalism, drive and shared values of our teams, some of whom are featured below, provide safe, welcoming, youth-focused services to young people and young families.
Donna Bennett commenced her working life in youth homelessness while completing her Bachelor of Social Work, working in a young women’s refuge and a residential centre for young people in care in regional Victoria. This was the beginning of her passion and drive for a fairer system and service delivery response to young people and their children impacted by not having a safe home in which to thrive.

Sue Scott's substantive position is as Programs Manager (North East). She commenced at Hope Street in March 2020 and has over 20 years' experience in the homelessness sector.

Team members from the following partnering organisations work closely with Hope Street. These partnerships enhance our capacity to provide specialist services in response to the complex needs of young people and young families experiencing homelessness.
Hope Street's partnerships with other community organisations provides additional specialist services to assist young people in areas such as legal issues support, housing and tenancy management, budgeting, and life skills education to prepare them for independent living.
