People and Culture Manager

Roschelle Naidoo is a certified leadership and people-management specialist who joined Hope Street as our People and Culture Manager in November 2021. Prior to taking up this position, Roschelle held executive leadership and management roles in not-for-profit, banking, retail, healthcare, and the funeral services sector.

Roschelle’s 21 years of experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, retention, change management, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, training and development, and strategic HR workforce planning is evidenced in her leadership roles in Australia, Southern Africa, and New Zealand. She has worked with business leaders and government associations to drive organisational effectiveness and to achieve extraordinary results through bright and committed people. Roschelle is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and is dedicated to helping young people advance in their careers which assists them to have stability and a brighter future. With her comprehensive set of skills, energy, and positivity, Roschelle is dedicated to strengthen and better support the Hope Street team with their strategic efforts to help young people experiencing homelessness.
