Mr Charles Goode AC, Chair of The Ian Potter Foundation

The Ian Potter Foundation is proud to support Hope Street Youth and Family Services to address the long-standing issue of homelessness in the City of Melton, Victoria.

Through a whole-of-community approach, the First Response Youth Mobile Outreach Service offers outreach services, crisis accommodation, and referrals and linkages to both transitional and long-term accommodation support. This program fills an identified gap in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, intervening early to prevent youth homelessness.
